I've given up on Purnell in Sydney and today dropped off my vehicle to Gosford (Brian Hilton) for a number of warranty issues to be fixed, as well as the HVAC.
Has been a pleasant experience so far, I'd forgotten what good service was (actual conversations with knowledgable people).

Interesting to hear that quite a few other Sydney people are taking their vehicles to Gosford, and that Brian Hilton are now a dealer as well in the 'new model'.

...for those interested, some of the warranty items are (MY23.5):

- 'P' on the shifter has worn off completely
- 'Cruise' lettering on the steering wheel is fading quickly
- all door handles have large visible oil stains from previous dealer 'oiling' the door locks to stop them sticking
- rear passenger door opened recently while driving (door locks have been replaced twice)
- cargo door internal handle no longer functions
- significant visible wearing near the shifter
- Since the last vehicle system update ApplePlay constantly reboots itself
