I have noticed in one of the photos in the SA thread, on the silver Hard Way Home prototype, the letters GRENADIER stamped into the hood (nee bonnet) have contrasting color. In the States, nearly every pickup has the stamped look on the tailgate and you can buy vinyl decals to "color" them. Thoughts? I plan to buy a silver Trialmaster and really like the idea of making those letters black. Thoughts?

I think that side is just a sticker./decal. The other side of the bonnet is stamped/embossed.

The sticker is not standard, or even an extra I can see from current price lists. The stamping is standard.

I've lost the article but remember reading that the tech to make the bonnet and emboss "Grenadier" was deemed to be very clever as technically due to the bends it was a very difficult thing to achieve consistently.

I just want the A in the middle and in a nice dark red. Same with the A on the narrow backdoor.
I don’t have it in front of me but when I go back to work Monday I’ll post the color codes for the red & blue that Ineos use in the logos. Hopefully a local wrap shop can get vinyl that matches the specs.

As to production versions, I think we are all waiting to see what final tinkering is done to such things...

May be there is a an extra ventilation for one of the two versions (Diesel/petrol) which the other doesn't need ?

There's quite a bit of difference in some of these details over different vehicles.

I can't say for sure for all of them, but certainly one of them with these louvres didn't have an air intake behind or above the front wheel:

So presumably they could have been air intakes for the engine.
