i'd never do it. it's just a car. rofr typically survives death. what a pain in ass they would make this for your heirs.

When I purchased mine, I paid in full and took title possession of the vehicle.
That makes it mine and I shall do whatever i want with it, which includes selling it to whomever I wish, whenever I wish, for the price I want.
There is no chance i would let the dealer take some kind of legal hold over something I have paid in full for.
