"Because I owned 50 cars" - I know how everyone else should feel and behave! It was me who said Go-Away. You had a bad experience and continue to whinge about it. Move on, and get over it.
You made choices, and no one put a gun to your head to buy the Grenadier. The vehicle isn't perfect, but in my experience not many are and I think I've bought 50 brand new cars in my life tome.
You know, there are days in my life when I am grateful to be closer to the end of my life than the beginning. The first definition listed in the UD notwithstanding, the second still applies.Hopefully not the urban dictionary freestyling![]()
So $150k over a span of 12 yrs…. Not too badVehicle ownership is expensive, no matter what you buy.
My 2013 BMW 750 iX cost over $100,000, and I sold it a more than a decade later for $6,500 to buy a new 2023 LR Defender 90 for $74,000, which I then sold 7,800 miles and 3 months later for $60,000 to buy a new 2024 GMC Sierra Denali for $74,000, which I sold a couple months ago for $60,000 to buy a new 2024 Ineos Grenadier for $74,000...
Perhaps I should have kept driving the BMW--it was a great car and very reliable--but where is the fun in that?
