Try live chat on there site. I've had nothing but success with them when resolving a dealer problem with my self.

Sorry to hear it's not going well for you.
The top number is the Melbourne regional office.
The bottom number is the Australian number for Customer Care which is a 24hr service out of London. There might be a NZ local equivalent number.

Yeah chat is pretty good , if I get someone bad I just hang up and try again . I went to put a complaint in against a dealer and the senior management got involved , and had it sorted next day.
