I was involved in a collision on June 7, 2025 and our Grenadier was towed to a body shop for repairs. Parts were ordered July 2nd. After all these months, we are still waiting on a driver’s front door assembly and were told it would be ANOTHER three weeks before being shipped. This is after being told it would be shipped no later than November 3rd. Making a half a year’s car payments on a vehicle you can’t get parts for is getting old.
Has anyone had a similar experience with extended wait times on getting parts? Is this normal?
I contacted Ineos customer service and they have initiated a case to address the issue on the parts delivery, but have not explained the delay in getting the parts.
Thank you in advance for any feedback.
