Wolfbox Trio - Bumper Camera Location

Howdy everyone!

I’m looking to see if anyone has successfully installed the front bumper camera from the Wolfbox Trio. I was waiting to see if anybody came up with a cleaver mount. The license plate bracket that comes with the kit would work, but the screw holes / camera “height” bar are a bit too short for this application. I tried mounting both right side up / upside down. I am trying to get the camera as far back as I can.

I live in Texas so anything involving 3M is out of the question haha. The rest of the install was a breeze thanks to a few posts here!

WOLFBOX Bumper Cam install

Hi folks,

As promised I would do a write up on my installation of the Wolfbox Tripro BUMPER cam install.

Before I start I have to give a HUGE shout out to @Loc Nar and @AndyT for their tutorials on getting me started!

I installed the Wolfbox TRIPRO Bumper cam a bit ago but could not do the front bumper cam at the time (life happened). Well I finally ran the wires to the front of the Grenadier.

Update!
Hadn't got my plates in before installing the front camera. I didn't realize that the plates were a different mounting bracket / holes.
Wolfbox license plate bracket works perfect! I may flip and use on the lower set of screws, but for now not too shabby.
Wiring was super simple to get into the engine bay.

I put the front bumper camera in the middle of front grill. I drilled two very small 1/16” holes in the plastic. Camera bracket is attached with 3m and the two tiny screws that came with the camera.
