Just wanted to share a bit of a tip/trick that I encountered when I got a puncture in a completely off-grid, no phone signal, on my own, situation. I searched online and no one seems to have raised this, so hopefully it might save someone one day.

Must've run over a sharp rock and got a puncture that had the tyre flat within a couple of minutes. No biggie, I've got the spare.

All went well getting the spare ready, bolts loosened, car jacked up. However, the wheel wouldn't budge from the hub. I kicked and kicked the tyre as hard as I could, but nothing. I even checked the manual in case there was some other fixing, it felt like it was being held by something else it was that stuck.

The answer was to run a ratchet strap to the other wheel and tighten it to the max and then gave it a good kick. Wheel broke free from the hub and had the spare on in no time.

I ran into this issue after having my steel wheels powdercoated. Have a tool made out of the old L-shaped lug wrench - looks like a blunt chisel with somewhat-rounded, bent off to the side, blade. It goes through the holes in the steel wheel and the blade fits between the hub surface and the wheel.
By the way, a Harbor Freight tire iron works as well.

Too lazy to walk outside and take a pic - here's the concept:

That's the Harbor Freight tire iron:
