Brembo does have ceramic pads, but they won't sell it to you in the U.S.

Definitely not brembo part numbers. But I can't find a single picture of EBC pads with these numbers. Is this ebc or brembo part numbers?
I'm a big fan of ebc brake pads
OK, these are DEFINITELY WRONG part numbers.I am not sure but some digging yielded FMSI numbers for Grenadier's pads.
Front pads - 9168-D1944 (it can also be labelled D1944-9168). Looks like the fronts were used in Acura NSX (2016-2022), Mercedes MacLaren, and Maserati Grand Turismo. Brembo lists the first as P50078. Autozone lists the part but tells you it won't fit a 2024 INEOS Grenadier.
Rear pads - 9123-D1895 (also D1895-9123). A Google search for those brings up 2017-2020 Audi A6, Q7, Q8, and e-tron Quattro A8.
FindItParts.com has both front and rear pad kits in stock.
Now... the part numbers for the pads were found on RockAuto website. I don't know if they fit - ordered a set, will report the fitment results.
