The projects never end! If anybody is installing differential skids, I’d highly recommend running a tap through the threads. I was amazed how much junk was behind the plastic plugs

That’s a snug fitting differential guard The guards I used from Almont4wd had to be cut back as they fouled the anti sway bar when fully loaded and especially then when articulating off road. I had to cut the rear one along the red line. They are very substantial though.

And this is why I fitted diff guards. A strike on a rock whilst off road, dislodged the diff cover causing a slow leak. Quite rough track conditions though.
