I added the awesome rear door handle from our store. But I wasn’t happy with the lack of grip so I added a bit of rubber to make grabbing it easier (especially when wearing gloves). The strip was about 1”x4-1/4” (2.5cmx10.8cm).

Looking good . I actually like the ding in the wing. Adds character and tells a story. Personally I think the Grenadier looks even better when used.

I'm with you on that.

Glancing at dings on your car are like thumbing through an old a diary. Each one reminds you of an incident from the past. So many dings in my old landcruiser that the meet and greet guys at the airport start trying to record all the bodywork damage when I leave the car and after about 45 seconds just smile and give up when they realise that recording them all would be like transcribing War and Peace. Driving in London with a really dented old car is great - its amazing how many people let you out with a wave - they seldom do that if I am in a smart looking car which they think I am precious about.

My Grenadier doesn't yet have too many honourable battle scars but it will get there with age and my children driving it.

Today I fitted some Underbody Protection to my Grenadier.
It is made out of 8mm Aluminium.
Sits perfect and I could fit it without any issues!

I went in for the 12k / 12 month service … and the dealer fried the computer installing the latest software update. A new infotainment system will come out of the EU and be here, they say, in 2 weeks. And in the meantime, the dealer gave me a loaner.

I don't mind technology, I don’t blame technology: this is where we are with new cars. They are easily hobbled by computers that have nothing to do with, and yet everything to do with, driving.

Am I disappointed? A little. Am I surprised? No. Am I mad? No. Can I do anything about it? No. Do I miss my truck? Kinda, yeah, I sorta like the quirky thing.

May your 12k/12month/software updates go smoother than mine.

I fixed my Wolfbox rear view camera mount
I tucked it in really high up in the corner and the radius in the corner made it come loose.
My solution is to buy a wedge and stick it on the plate and then mount that into the corner. Used 3M adhesive promoter and it's rock solid.

Installed the Agile Offroad Diff Breather kit. There were a couple of differences between the list of parts in the instructions and what’s in the box, but everything shown in the photos in the instructions is present.

Instructions say a 13mm deep socket can be used to fit the new breathers, but that wasn’t the case - the fitting for the hose is sufficiently wider in diameter to prevent the socket from fitting. Used a ratcheting wrench instead.

The 8mm hose retains its coiled / spring shape, making threading it through/around things a test of one’s patience. This is definitely a job to do BEFORE you fit skid plates if at all possible.

EDIT: as John says in the YouTube video, both differentials hissed as the factory breathers were removed, indicating both were holding pressure.
