I am travelling since some 10 days, first towards Hungary to visit my youngest son and wife and granddaughter, then slowly to Serbia, Croatia and I am now in Bosnia, second day at the same camping, today doing some cleaning, rearranging my luggage and … repairs.
In Croatia camping in the wild is completely forbidden, even sleeping in the car, but I did it anyway two nights ago, because I got stuck in a too deep old tractor track.

Bottom of car was sitting on the higher part, and no traction of the wheels indeed, I even pumped up all of my tires to 3.5 bar to “lift it up a bit”, to no avail. So, two days ago I had to winch it forward to a place where I had traction, and yesterday morning I filled the track with a lot of pieces of dead wood to go backwards. Why backwards: because I did a walk in the evening to see if I could continue straight, but no way. Night was falling, and I slept in the car.

Rewards: during my walk I saw a wild boar and its youngsters, I had a warm meal with a cold beer, the night was super quiet, and I was not alone: 1 million mosquitoes where wishing me a bloody welcome (but I have repellant).
Yesterday, about one hour after getting “unstuck” and while driving on normal roads my car computer fell out several times. Strange.
The repairs: The rubber flap behind the front left wheel was almost teared off and the front lowest grid under the front bumper was pushed out of its fixings.

I have some other things to tell, but I try to find the right thread
