This is what I'm going to try/do on my new quartermaster. so much bad info out there..... Do you have the stock steering damper? Does the stock damper really bottom out if you increase the steering angle?I just remove the jam nut and screw the stop bolt in until it stops from the bolt shoulder touching threads.
With truck on the lift you can cycle the steering by hand on the axle until it hits both stops. The wheels turn with zero bind at full lock.
