Tougher seat covers look like a very high quality. I expect their prices will be similar to M&M. More choice can often be a good thing.

M&M covers were almost double in price - and have seen on this board they are almost nightmarish to put on the seats,

Do tougher covers do a sand finish? Looking at their pics, the product looks very well made.
Very happy with my M&M but such a big price difference would have made my decision much more difficult to justify.

They have a cotton/poly in Charcoal and Sand, as well as 100% cotton in both. They recommended the cotton/poly due to its strength/durability. Very responsive to emails -

Be awesome if they did ‘RECARO’ stitching similar to the original seats. Apparently supafit in WA are producing Ineos ones by Christmas and they have custom stitching available - no where near as thick or durable as these though I suspect.

The “Kenyan Grenadier” has got these fitted and he’s given them a great review.

I’m about to order a set plus a few other bits.. I calculated it’s going to cost £250 to the uk inc shipping and uk import vat..

The charcoal are poly cotton, the dove ones are cotton. they sent me this video earlier. I’ve ordered the charcoal and I have a Donny Gren with the two tone leathers in. They look pretty good.

These are the charcoal one! They are looking darker, more black in real life. Which fits very well with the interior.

Hi - do you think you could post a photo of the three colors together?

Hi there, see attached image with the 3 colours next to each other. As you can see the Charcoal is quite dark where as the Dove Grey is a lot lighter. People who are worried about stains etc usually go for the Charcoal but they all look great. I suppose it depends on what you after. The African look would be the Khaki and the Grey goes well with the interior. Hard to choose I hope this helps.

I can vouch on their quality. Unreal!
I am very impressed. Never had Melville and moon that everyone is talking about, And to be honest now having 'tougher' seat covers i probably never will.
These are very well fitted. Fasten and attach very securely and the quality is superb.
I opted the charcoal poly cotton, as mentioned as they match the interior very well and they feel great.
The tougher team have been great to deal with, quick responses to emails and very friendly and informative. The covers Arrived to Sydney at my door step 3 weeks from time of order. They were all over the Oz seat configuration (different headrest and extra anchor point)

Instructions are included for fitting, and very understandable. The only one that threw me was orientation of centre console lid cover (blame my eagerness, the cut out is for the opening handle and nothing to do with hinge).
But all in all very impressed, and very happy with my purchase.

Thanks tougher for providing another option of seat covers, that live up to the motto, built on purpose.
