Stuck at Cape York

It seems to me to be highly unlikely that they only shot video of three of the four vehicles crossing the Pascoe, so Canny could immediately dispel the water ingress suggestions by posting footage of the failed vehicle doing the crossing. Unless, of course, the footage clearly shows it dunking its air intake, and unless the footage has mysteriously ceased to exist.

The very fact that the footage hasn't surfaced is to my mind compelling supporting evidence for the "drowned" theory.

If Ineos told the world this was the result of exceeding maximum wading depth (watch the videos, note that this vehicle with no RAI is notably absent in the water crossings) the owner would not be warrantable and would likely also have his insurance claim denied.

He is getting his car back fixed.
Exactly right. And as thanks, what do Canny & Arthur do? - inexplicable!!! - Why would you. Arthur will be very, very lucky now, to get this replaced for free. Canny will be very, very lucky not to be taken to the Cleaners by Ineos!

INEOS must be thinking: Let no good deed go unpunished.
