What is the torque spec on the nuts?
I want to say 160ft#... I think it's somewhere in this thread but pretty sure that's right.

What is the torque spec on the nuts?
I have avoided making this comment because it's a bit hard to articulate. But, I found that setting my tie rod rod ends opposite or "out of phase" if you will when tightening the tie rod you will no longer get the clunk. The tie rod flops all over the place if the to rod ends are lined up as you would expect them to be.are people getting any clunks from the tie rod, before this separation happens?
After you've tightened the jam nut, does the clunk stop?
Per the service portal the torque spec for the lock nuts is 250nm or 184 ft-lb.I want to say 160ft#... I think it's somewhere in this thread but pretty sure that's right.
