Mine cracked on Saturday with the 0° weather and the defrost on high, and a small rock chip.
I have State Farm $0 deductible here in Colorado and Safelite will do the replacement. Safelite buys the glass from Ineos, there is no after market glass yet.
Then I will need to have Red Noland calibrate it ($375). And submit that to the insurance.

Question - why does it need calibration? The glass should be the same thickness at the same angle to the camera, there should be no change. We don't calibrate our cameras when we change the lens, this is the same thing. I guess I will learn next week.....
Is there a special seal required? Does the safari window drainage play in that space? I have had no leaks and didn't want Safelite to open that issue for me.
