Roof Rack Cargo Storage Options

Quick note: I have a Thule Motion XT XL and use this to attach it to my Leitner ACS rack:

I omitted the large plastic pieces. Each kit comes with a pair. Need two kits.

Was searching for the same solution. Don't want to waste a perfectly good Thule box. Confirming you just installed upside down from what's pictured on the Amazon photo? Using just the main bar from the original rack? Any photo of yours available?

I installed it with the prongs going up into the box same as the orientation in the picture and then using the metal plate and thumb screws to secure. Please note that if you want to center your box, do that first and then install the U clamps. The roof runners of the Grenadier will block the box from sliding to center if you install the U clamps first. Sorry, no picture.
