I have a 2 seat petrol Trialmaster, with alloy wheels, rock sliders, bull bar, brush bars, winch and duel batteries.
Empty vehicle with a full tank of fuel, it weighs 2860 kg.
The petrol is about 70 kg lighter than the diesel.

All Ineos dealers should adjust each grenadier with the optimal caster and alignment. I have driven enough loaners from my dealer to be caught off guard how poorly they can steer compared to my STOCK vehicle.

Like, why wouldn’t you normalize an aspect of the vehicle that directly impacts driving enjoyment?

Put shit units out there is indirectly eroding the perception of the brand.

There are already so many self inflicted things working against the grenadier, steering is easily within control. This goes the same as resetting the service counter during PDI… like shit man, why create that tremendous friction? It’s a known-known

I'll add to this thread; Fieldmaster with owl wheels, 315/70r17 k03, owl rack, 270 awning, under hood compressor, "premium" audio with a custom house battery set up, some aluminum interior shelves, ~60 lbs of tools in the back, and ~3/4 of tank petrol with me (160lbs). 6640lbs. So, coverting to better units would be just over 3 metric ton or 3010 kg. With kids, wife, and gear for camping, I'm definitely pushing the gvwr. With the airbag man springs, definitely helps.

With the fox stabilizer and some caster, I'll get a video of driving with my pinky at 85! All it takes is the right road, and whispering sweet nothings to the gal. The only road she doesn't like is some of the new york state parkways, but generally is well mannered. I do ~50k miles a year, and generally speaking she's been a comfy grand tourer.
