First my side steps needed re powder coating. Now my front rail is going the same way.

Mine is the same and is being replaced under warranty
Steps were also replaced last month

My side steps were re powder coated under warranty by a local company rather that an Ineos replacement. I would prefer that to the front rail. I have more faith in local specialist company rather than a designated supplier of unknown source.

Mines the same. Temporarily painted it with lanoguard until the next dealer visit.
