Did a thing. $50 vlinker odbii Bluetooth module and $8.00 Car Scanner iOS app. Lots of great data. You can design your own dashboards and backgrounds. Don’t have much seat time with this app but super easy to setup and use. Running on mini iPad 7.

Just filled up. App says I had 8% fuel remaining. I put in 22 gal which equates to 92.4% of a 23.7 gal tank. Yeeha

Do you get any error messages on the telltale and center screen? I’ve tried something similar in the past but kept getting power steering errors whenever the OBDII adapter was plugged in.

I have a transient error when I connect the iPad to the vlinker but nothing else. Quick question: which profile/ECU do you select? Among the ton of data I don’t need I can’t find the engine oil temperature which is rather basic. I tried different engine profiles from BMW but no big changes in the list of available data..?
