I have a weird issue with my Tri Pro: it has been a few weeks that it switches automatically in reverse mode (see attached photo). From there I can’t switch back to normal modes, I can’t even go to the settings panel. I did not wired it to the reverse light, the corresponding wire is tucked and isolated close to the rear camera.
Have you ever had this issue? Maybe @WolfBox can you private message me to discuss?
Thanks

Mine seems to randomly switch off and alternate between front and rear facing cameras (but never randomly switches to the third low down forward facing camera). It usually seems to go back to the rear facing angle that I want with a few prods on the touch screen. I have been too lazy to read the instruction book which might have an answer as to how to stop it occurring but it's not a big issue as the wing mirrors provide a more than adequate back up.

Make sure all of your leads are well plugged in - I got the same symptoms with a loose plug.

Indeed thanks @WolfBox I forgot about this connector and found it soaked in a gutter of my rack.
Blow dried both ends and made a watertight seal but still some unwanted changes. I’ll let it dry for a few days and contact service if needed.

Thank you for being here in the forums and providing direct support, @WolfBox. I’m having a G900Pro installed tomorrow and it’s nice to have purchased it from a company that stands behind their products.
Of course, my friend! Cheers!

To forum members,

Usually, when you encounter this random view change issue, you should check the connector of the rear cam and make sure it's tightly secured and sealed. Check the plug too by the way. If the issue still exists, contact our customer center and warranty gets it covered.

I have had my G900 Pro Wolfbox installed by my Ineos dealer just over a year ago and had a problem develop over the weekend. The mirror starts and you get the startup sounds when the key is turn 'On' then after a few seconds it goes off like there is no power. First couple of times I turned the car off and on again and mirror stayed on. But then it wouldn't stay on no matter how many times I restarted. Then yesterday day it worked fine. Stopped again at night. I think it's the cold (got below freezing for a day and a half here in South Texas over the weekend). I didn't do the install so I don't know how or where it was connected but has anyone else notice cold weather issues or similar power loss after starting?

I used it down to low 20s°F without issue so far - only moisture was the issue. Maybe condensation piling up somewhere in your case?

Houston's always humid so it could be condensation but since cold is the new variable that's what got me think cold. Loose power shrinkage ever so slightly in the cold? Weird. I also had it in cold weather in Colorado last year and had no issues. That's what got me posting this new development. That and now I'm REAL spolied having a good review image. Dark reflective non-started Wolfbox with a pillar and spare in the way is a poor replacement for the camera.
