Is Ineos in financial woes?

Regarding the UK I do.: The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian and Bloomberg (international) (Financial Times before Bloomberg, but I canceled that).

Is that broad enough for you? There are some not nice articles in the Daily Telegraph, as well...and from my reading experience, the Daily Telegraph is some kind of the opposite of The Guardian. or am I wrong?

For example: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...oreigners-here-message-jim-ratcliffe-man-utd/
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...r-united-fans-dan-ashworth-sir-jim-ratcliffe/ (headline: Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s Man Utd farce is an exercise in how not to run a football club )
Or about Ineos debts: https://www.pressreader.com/uk/the-daily-telegraph/20260220/282243787058860

Some Bloomberg stuff about that? I posted already some here...as well as Financial Times...

I thought he apologized if someone was triggered by his comment but then repeated that it was still a problem?
Possibly I read that incorrectly, I need to revisit.

You could & would have all done better, we know... Boring.

In his subsequent statement, Ratcliffe said sorry that his "choice of language has offended some people in the UK and Europe", adding that it was "important to raise the issue of controlled and well-managed immigration" and "maintain an open debate".”

Same thing. Jim should have told them (whomever asked for an apology) to get stuffed.

This company will not survive, their inaction is second to none. I said that two years ago on this forum several times. They always needed an experienced partner like BMW. Their Greed wouldn't allow for it. Now they are out to sea with no rudder. Much sooner that later. Today due to EU regulations and USA Tarrif's compasnies like BMW will survive since they build here in the USA. They won't touch a company stuck in the EU Regs. People with loans on their trucks will be upside down in no time. What a terrible situation. Selling off Yachts is so indicative of very choppy waters ahead! Just my opinion and I'm entitled to it just like all the other opinions on the forum.

Gees, I bet you’re fun to have around at parties. Sheeees.

My point was that the Guardian hates people with money, Brexit supporters, the chemical industry and anyone who is mobile enough, and sensible enough to leave the UK when it saves millions of UK £'s in tax. He's a business person who makes money, not a UK government cash machine.
If you accept that it is a left wing paper then you will also understand that there is a lot of bias to the writing and that you can interpret differently.
Ok, Telegraph i right wing so you should understand how this all works, just because they both criticise the football leadership doesn't necessarily they will both agree with his other commitments or decisions.

Left and right wing news outlets will often give wildly different opinions dressed up as facts and leave out the real information.
Read everything and make you own decision, not just one newspaper with it's own dogmatic opinions.
Once you have all the information, if that is still how you feel then ok, but there are a lot of 'facts' out there
It just seems like AWo likes to be critical of Ineos whenever a chance arises, be it the vehicle or the owner or the company...

Yea. And know a racist when I see it. And no one gets to be a billionaire thru labor. You get there using the tax structure manipulated by other uber wealthy, and the working people foot the bill.

Jim leaving Britain for Monaco while criticizing those paying tax to keep the country afloat is comically indefensible hypocrisy that can only have a sturdy foundation of racism to support its weight.

He started off as a management buyout of the business i can see from my front window then made his money. If you don't like that then I don't know what is acceptable. The number of people employed in the area are probably very happy to have a descent job.

Racism isn't pointing out what is happening, he used a term people don't like. Where I was born is no longer a majority white city, it doesn't make me racist to know the facts. The UK has had a dramatic change in a very short space of time, facts are facts not racism

Too political now, we need to shut this down.

Oh yeah. It can ONLY be racism. lol

Yeah. He just can't get over it that they didn't listen to him as he would have liked...

However, I appreciate his input on technical topics here! The reason why I did not use the "ignore" button...

😆 You can't read the racism here...? "colonised by immigrants". ='s "(taking over political control) by (brown people)". And all the while, backing the economic disaster "brexit" then LEAVING and paying no tax when it failed... HAHAHAHAH... Yea, and only one type of person can't see the racism, and its rac.... oops... sorry about that.

No. Reading racism into things like that is usually done by a certain type. I'm not that type.
