Hi,
I have an annoying noise in the cabin when the engine is idling. It feels like it's slowly getting worse. At idle, something is vibrating or rattling. When I give it a bit of gas and the revs go up, the noise eventually disappears.
To me, it doesn't sound like it's anything critical, but I can't be sure. Mainly, it's just annoying because it sounds cheap and it's about four times louder inside the car compared to when the noise isn't there.

Has anyone got an idea what it could be, or maybe experienced something similar in their Grenadier?

Thanks and best regards,
Jon

We call them kids in Australia. :)

One possibility is loose heat shields under the car being vibrated. My rattles sounded internal when they were in fact from under the car.

My heat shields would rattle at low speeds. Once they were adjusted problem solved.
