Installing a house battery

I am about to install a house battery in my Grenadier. While I ordered the high power auxiliary prewiring, I did not opt for a secondary battery or a CTEK charger.

So I have a blank canvas to work on.

My house battery system:
- 175Ah LifePo4
- RedArc 50A DCDC charger with solar input
- Planned Loads:
- Fridge, EXT Roof Lights, interior 1 & 2 sockets, interior A + B factory plugs and other interior charge points like USB C, USB A, Cig lighter socket, etc …

I have the following:
7 fuse - Littelfuse box
5 fuse - Littelfuse box

My plan is:

1. Pickup the feed for the 50Amp RedArc charger from the 7 fuse spare 60Amp.

What I don’t have a schematic for is how do I re-wire the EXT and INT fuse box (gray one under seat) to draw power from the house battery instead. I am sure somebody has done it already.

BACKGROUND
The post is in two parts. Part 1 talks about the Littelfuse busbars in general terms. Part 2 does a deep dive into how INEOS has used the busbars in a 2023 AU Spec Trialmaster fitted with the High Load Auxiliary Switch Panel option and front winch.

PART 2- HOW INEOS USES THE LITTELFUSE BUSBARS IN THE GRENADIER

BACKGROUND
The busbar covers have been removed to take the images. The covers were put back in place after the images were taken.

The Images are from a 2023 AU Spec Trialmaster Diesel, with the High Load Auxiliary Switch Panel option and front winch fitted. I have seen enough images to know the precise configuration in the busbars can vary.

Tip: always check your own vehicle. If in doubt, speak to the dealer or your auto electrician. None of the information has been verified by INEOS. I am not aware...

There are at least SIX different fuse types can be used in the INEOS Grenadier, being:

1. Mini blade fuse (not a low-profile Mini fuse or a Micro2 fuse);
2. JCase Low Profile fuse (895/PAL);
3. JCase Long Profile fuse (495/PAL) - also called just a JCase fuse;
4. ZCASE® MEGA fuse (and MEGA SHUNTS);
5. Midi fuse; and
6. MEGA Fuse (Midi style).

If you mean the High Load Auxiliary Switch fuse box, it is attached to Slot 4 on the 5 Stud busbar, see links above. This fuse box.

Yes, this is what I was asking about.
If I understand correctly, I disconnect slot #4 on the 5 stub busbar (pictured below in yellow) and connect to my house battery bus bar, all the switches will work the same except power from the house battery, is that correct? Will they also work using the “PWR” switch when the car is off?

Unfortunately the MORE brackets won’t work with my battery Dimensions. It is 5mm too short. I spoke to them at length so I will have to fabricate my own mount.

The battery fits perfectly, just want to give it some support, but it doesn’t seem to be able to move too much.
