Installing a door side step on the utility rail

I hear you… I happened to luck out that my office is at a manufacturing facility and I have master machinists, electrical experts, etc there to clean up whatever messes I make with DIY and it costs me a case of beer. I can only imagine the thousands the dealer (not where I purchased truck) would have cost to fix the broken bolt.

Now I’ve got the guys sorting out my new ARB dual compressor that won’t work after install.
I installed the ARB dual compressor kit from Agile Offroad (non-brushless) under the front passenger seat. I think the day after I got the truck. My wife was pretty surprised when she saw what I was doing to a day old truck!

@BEM-S4 if you have the kit from Agile Offroad I remember that it has a switch harness that hooks into the fuse box (under rear seat drivers side) so you only run the compressor with the engine running.... Would double check that fuse if you have the same version as I installed or the connections on the back of the ARB switch (always seems to be something silly like that...hopefully).

Love this compressor with a 4-inflate system...filling all four tires from 20 psi to 36 psi is just a couple minutes!

Thanks! Yes I got the AO kit and think I’ve got a blown 10 amp fuse as you mentioned for the keyed ignition trigger. They’re sending me a replacement will try that, if not will let the boys and the office do some more trouble shooting.

I followed their install instructions pretty closely with the exception of removing the seat, unbolted and tipped it back. My guy who does engineering drawings for a living was very impressed with the quality of the instructions. The actual electrical hookups are very simple, trim panel removal wasn’t fun. I couldn’t actually remove the trays held in by the T50 giant bolts (way overkill) but unbolted them and slid them aside.

Did the same!
