Thank you... video very informative. based on the design, I can see how we get Hot air on rear vent (and foot vent) while cold air from front vent. This is simply a horrible setup

Hi Tom, did the dealer say how they fixed this for you? Was it a problem with the water pump? Or possibly software related?

Agreed. I had the super-hot rear condition 2-3 times over the Summer of 2024 and it was resolved by the dealer.

I'll need to pul lthe paperwork to see if they noted any details. I also had the drips on the drivers floor mat, so this fix entailed removing most of the dash.
