I must say that the opportunity to communicate directly with INEOS is rare, and I appreciate the opportunity. It's in keeping with the uncommon and unique nature of the Grenadier. I love it!
Like my fellow owners in Europe and Australia, my HVAC has not been predictable. Only on one occasion have I had nothing but hot air blow from the vents. However, far more common has been the woeful delay in changing the temperature of the HVAC. It is often delayed or wildly different. On several occasions, despite changing only one click on the temp, the air coming out of the vents was much cooler or much hotter.
While I don't expect an intricate or luxury-level HVAC system, I do expect a reliable and predictable system.
