Will the heating system ever be fixed properly on all vehicles. Mine is a 2023 and the heating system is eratic at best but generally doesn't do what you want when you want. Auto is useless. It has had the bleeding procedure done numerous times but it's still ineffective. Hot air at the back and cool up front on drivers side until on max heat. Turn rear vents off helps, turn side vent off helps. Or air on feat and face. Lower than max heat blows cold on feet. The random combinations are endless

As stated in earlier posts. Mine is a 2023 model has been to the dealer on many occasions for the bleeding procedure. I also noted both of the header tanks were leaking at the seams and they were replaced.
This all helped on incremental steps. When the heat starts to be less effective then there is still some air in the system that needs to be either worked out whilst driving, have many more bleeding sessions or have a pressure bleeding done.
Once ALL the air is out then you will get hot AND warm air. Mine is on over 28,000 miles and has only just managed to remove 🤞all the air and it works on all the directional options. I would recommend not burning your feet for a long time and then expect it to work on mid settings as it still registers hot so will blow cold. You need to then blow cold air full blast to cool the sensors down.

If you have a problem, you still have air in the system. Dealer can't fix as it needs to be cold for the bleeding procedure, which is on this site so you can do it yourself. It needs to.be run and then cool down to do it again.
Do not give up.
