Have you been able to soften the ride?

I do not know the configuration for your Grenadier, but have you tried carrying more gear (weight), or tested this with 4 adults inside?

Do you know what factory springs you have installed currently? Ineos installs specific sets depending on how the vehicle is optioned/built to account for different component weights and use scenarios. For example, if you have a winch on the front or opted for a tow package you are going to get higher rated springs at either end.

In theory, you could go to the softer end of the range of springs Ineos offers but you’d be putting limitations on the amount of weight you can carry if your vehicle is heavily optioned. Most folk here are going the opposite direction and looking for more load capacity with higher rated coils and control with upgraded shocks.

There are quite a few spring threads floating around the forum and some show color charts where you can identify the springs you have based on color coded markings and part numbers on the coils.

My 2.5 fox performance series shocks significantly softened up the ride for me. Fair warning though - they take a ridiculous amount of time to break in. The low speed circuit (which gives you most of the perception of a smooth ride) has fully broken in within 1000-1500 miles of on road driving. I am still not happy with the high speed circuit (harsh impacts like expansion joints on the highway) after almost 3000 miles.

Alternative is to just lower the psi by 5psi, it had a similar effect to replacing the shocks. But there was too much body roll and the steering did not feel very responsive.
