Unfortunately, Stihl is no longer the quality product it once was.

True, but I honestly can't complain about my Stihl electric saws. But I still run an 036 and 025 for my gas saws for a reason.

In the barn for the evening but gives a view of the ladder access even with a saw mounted. When the saw is removed (not the mount) substantially more room. Still climbable if your somewhat flexible.

Agreed. And my gas saw failed to start on a search and rescue call out this year so I decided to invest in the big battery saw. It wasn't the saws fault, the ethanol had gelled after a long winter and plugged the main jet. After a new carb good to go but I never have that issue with an electric saw....
