Aux Power not going to vehicle outlets when ignition is off.

Start the vehicle, does the inverter work then?

I hear it click when ignition on or off...but there is no power in the household styled receptacle either way.

Has anyone figured out how to use the power take off? Car turned on everything works; ignition off and the overhead power on the 12 volt works but the 400w 110 plugs are dead. Ineos advertises these will work with ignition off. What’s the weird process?
