I needed to post my experience of the Australian manufacturer ISI carriers and the Grenadier specific Ebike rack.

Following my dealings wiith Broder at ISI Carriers, the Australian made bike racks.
I was put onto by someone on the site
They make cycle racks that are capable off road and a specific attachments for the Grenadier. Although I would never need for off road the way they are attached and extra ability gave me far more confidence than using the standard ones that clamp to a towball plus they give so much more ground clearance so not scraping on anything. Weight of 2 Ebikes just seems too much for just clamping to a towball on the current state of UK roads.

The cost including delivery and taxes to UK worked out slightly cheaper than what I perceived to be an inferior THULE item, so that was a plus. I have used once to take the bikes to the shop for their first free service and it was solid. I then knew how it worked and made notes of the torque levels on the bolt attached to the vehicle. so, couple of days ago I was just putting it on temporary but then decided to tighten up properly. Holding in the attachment that fits into the 50mm square of the tow bar is a long bolt. On the far side of the bolt is a support nut and safety pin which i hand tightened. I then decided to leave on and tightened the bolt up but did not remove the support nut. Obviously the thinner part of the bolt where support nut is attached tightened and went ping. I explained to Broder at ISI that I was an idiot and asked for an invoice for replacement part and shipping to UK. He replied with a bill of £29 for shipping only and said part was covered under their warranty. Every time I emailed i had a reply the following day on my computer back in the UK

I am posting this because I have had such good service from an Australian company that has supplied someone in the UK and it needs to be highlighted somewhere. I admitted it was my fault and asked to pay but was not charged.
It also needs to be highlighted how good a product this is.
I highly recommend and even though I'm in the UK the backup support is still there.
When purchased the delivery was also quick.
I hope that all makes sense, it did in my head.
Anyway, big thumbs up to http://www.isi-carriers.com/ and Broder Lackmann
