I read, and I read and every time I visit this Forum, I leave thinking there is little confidence with the dealer network and I should sell my Grenadier.

I then look at resale values and realise that I would take a big bath and decide to keep it, as I am fundamentally very happy with it. Therefore, rather than read posts, let's get some truth from the owners and then we can all feel either ecstatic or depressed.

NB: Just read about the owner in the UK with the fuel pump failure, with no fix after 6 months and it is depressing.

I'm blessed with an excellent dealer with Lloyd Allroad at Carlisle. Only 35 minutes away, friendly, easy to talk to and really professional and technically competent. And unlike some, well most, bigger major brand dealers, you actually get to talk with the Technician that worked on your vehicle, not just handed your keys at Reception with "there you go Sir".

Used to have the same experience with Harwoods down in Portsmouth, great team and able to talk with a very able technician. All gone now so until I have need of the new service agent (wherever that be) I'll have to lay off voting.

Mines in for a service next week at adventure automotive in Northampton although I’m dropping the vehicle off at the Oxford Ineos sales site. I was offered a loan Grenadier and to have vehicle collected from my home but timings didn’t work for me so easier to drop off and pick up at Oxford. So far so good I’ll let you know how the service goes.

I have an excellent dealer in Bridgewater about whom I have zero complaints - Compass Tractors - service work and any warranty work carried out promptly, courteously and effectively. Added bonus of a more interesting array of machinery on site to have a look at if you have a ten minute wait for something that when our previous Ineos dealer had a corner in their Volkswagen showroom.

My dealer in Leipzig (Germany) was friendly, but too far away. So I used the Ineos-recommended Bosch service Loeben in Berlin from the start. I'm very satisfied with them; they're competent and reasonably priced.

Have a holiday break in the Lake District or South Scotland and have it serviced at Carlisle

Interesting. Is this Bosch service garage an official servicer or was it provided to you when requested?

Sterling Trailer Centre, STC, gets a 5 from us. After having to be salvaged north of Perth they hung back on a Friday and and lent us their vehicle until ours was fixed, even though it wasn't an Ineos courtesy car/ Ineos Fleet Vehicle at the time.

My dealer in Townsvile Australia - Pickerings - have been fantastic. Cannot fault them. Great team, great service. Only issue has been occasions slow response or slow parts delivery from Ineos on any complex queries - and not their fault, but even then Pickerings try hard and have almost always found a solution for me. 100% two thumbs up.

Mossy Ineos in Houston, TX has been great to me, even treating me like family.

Their service guys understand we want to modify these vehicles for our specific needs and instead of standing in the way, they are there to support you the whole way. They have promptly fixed every mechanical I've presented them. Mossy even offers a lot of aftermarket support, from PPF, suspension installs, bull bars, Wolfbox, etc. They even stock a lot of our aftermarket roof racks, King, Fox, Owl, etc AND without a typical dealership markup!

What a breath of fresh air with Mossy. I've never had a dealership experience like this. They get it.

As mentioned before I had excellent service at Dentons recently and also Bowkers previously. The agents haven’t let us down, it’s Ineos lack of support, parts support and training. Fingers crossed my car is all good. Reason why I’m keeping it, is because of the depressed car values, has 5 year warranty, there is no modern car at a reasonable price which looks like on old defender. After warranty ends, I can’t imagine how much things will costs. I love the vehicle but it can be improved. I get tired driving it after a few hours sometimes feels like a good work out. Recently bought a new Mazda MX5 drove it 10 hours and still buzzing when I got home.
