Endeavour Automotive will cease to represent the INEOS Grenadier product from Friday 6th June.only MOT, NO WORK UNDER WARRANTY
Where I bought mine...not good !

I'm confident they have a plan; I'm not confident when we will see the benefit!

I've been trying since Monday to talk to someone at Adventure Automotive in Northampton. After leaving messages on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and being told that the person I needed to speak to was doing call backs, I have not heard anything. I guess they are busy, but it is really frustrating when the only source of data/parts/warranty within reach is not returning calls when you want/need to spend money on a newly acquired Grenadier.

I’ll send you a DM with some contact numbers at Adventure. I had the same problem with them. No response to phone calls or emails. They are having staffing problems I understand .

I had mine serviced there end of March, 1st year service over £700. Tried to get answers to my questions regarding recalls, locks, repairs to faulty wheel sensors etc, nothing after a dozen calls! I think they charged me labour for warranty work but can't get an answer from them. I eventually spoke to the overall manager and he promised to get the answers and call me back, that was six weeks ago! Back to Colin next year and sod the warranty, not worth the trouble!

I think there is basis for a pre-service letter to IA stating I am not prepared to travel over 4hrs for an oil and filter change solely to maintain manufacturers warranty when I can simply do this myself. Citing that it's their failing etc etc. Not sure how this sits legally but considering I live in the south east I reckon have some justification.l to expect something closer. I know in other countries 4hrs is like popping out for a pint of milk but not here.

Will see where they are at come 2nd service time in Sept.
