In London ,there were 2 Grenadier dealers. A couple of months ago, it was the one in Gerrards Cross (where I bought mine) which disappeared , now it is the one in Chiswick !
Could someone at INEOS or on the forum tell me where I could go for service and warranty work

Based on the locator map, your closest service centre would be Adventure Automotive in either Oxford or Northampton... Not too shabby at ~60 mile drive

All servicing is done in Northampton, so Oxford is effectively a drop off site.

I understand that Ineos Automotive is intending that dealers offer pick up/drop off for servicing, (like the luxury exotics). Our local LR dealer Marshalls used to pick up LRs in London, service them in Melton Mowbray and drop them back to London, all for less than a London dealer would charge.

looks as if you think it might be hard work !!
Nice guys and did the service but communication is shockingly bad. You’ll be lucky to get anyone to answer a phone call or email. Mine was there for three weeks for a service because of staff shortage supposedly, so eventually I had to get a lift to Northampton to collect it. And they were too busy to do everything else I wanted done like diff and transfer box oil change.

Important to know( even if not really reassuring!!)

Why are the dealers closing, l know there's few sales but there must be plenty of service/warranty work.

Ineos Automotive going from an agency to a franchise model. Some dealer have opted to remain as service agents, (Chandlers), others have bailed or been dumped.

I believe that quite a few dealers jumped on the IG bandwagon for novelty or prestige, etc., but made no real effort especially since with the agency model there was little incentive. I have been led to believe the IA took a dim view of this and weeded them out in an attempt to ensure that the dealers that continue into the future are properly committed.

Does this sound properly committed?
