All: I've read a bunch of posts, watched a lot of videos, etc...and just installed my new Fox Shocks Race Series 2.0 ATS Steering Stabilizer as purchased from Owl Vans. No more messing with extra parts, bolt on clamps, etc. It took me roughly 30 minutes to remove the factory Bilstein stabilizer and bolt on the new Fox stabilizer. HOWEVER - you need to have the following tools available. Metric allen wrench, flat blade screwdriver, Metric size 18 and size 21 sockets AND a torque wrench...
Thread 'Eibach sale 6/30-7/7- FWIW for those do it yourselfers!'
Eibach (Corona, CA) has been a pleasure to work with on many of my projects, my Grenadier (1.7"F/1.2"R lift) the latest. I highly recommend them. Check out the current sale 6/30-7/7! 15% off and free shipping! https://eibach.com/news/2025-summer-sale?utm_campaign=14392642-Summer%20Sale%202025&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-_NDH0pEOFaXJElfTJC-2bRzMHjKHghQU6DomwbyPcOQ6uirqyi3dO3jeUfhLF-Qf0JEs2k3Ui7N27OlpEPDHrp6EfV8Q&_hsmi=368838456&utm_content=365179748&utm_source=hs_email Cheers! Thread 'Fox 2.5 Installed w/ Pics'
I tackled my Fox 2.5 shocks today. I couldn’t find a lot of pics of the install itself so I decided to share some. I did it on the ground with hand tools. Took about 3 hours or so. Wasn’t bad except trimming the fender liners. The shocks come with labels on them to identify their position. They will show up in two boxes. A pair for the front and a pair for the rear. I found you can get the rear shock top bolts behind the liner without removing it. Just pull it out of your way and gain...
Thread '1000# Rear Spring Upgrade on Our Grenadier'
Just swapped out the rear springs on our Ineos Grenadier. We had been running the 1.2” lift (Rear) progressive springs for a while, but with all the gear permanently mounted out back, they were clearly struggling under the load. We’ve now upgraded to Eibach’s 1000lb linear-rate springs — the wire diameter jumped from 18.6mm to 19.9mm, and while the new springs are actually shorter in free length (55.8cm down to 51.1cm), they hold weight way better thanks to the stiffer constant-rate design...
Thread 'Return to Centre Damper'
I put this on my old Toyota Hilux solid front axle double cab, surprisingly smooth and spontaneous. Wondering if there's a equivalent aftermarket one designed for the IGs?
Thread 'front upper control arm bolt'
alright i need help. my boss has a 2024 grenadier and recently went off roading. he said he heard a clunking noise and i saw this bolt was missing from the front upper control arm. if anyone knows where i can purchase one of these please let me know ASAP. i think it’s a m14 x 1.25. correct me if im wrong please.
Morning has anyone installed tough dog or dobinson suspension, both companies have specific spring rates for the Grenadier,I’d be very interested in your opinions thanks
I am in talks purchasing a Grenny and a conversation with the salesman prompted a question. Does anyone know if the front springs are different with a factory winch installed? I was considering an aftermarket winch, but does purchasing a factory one trigger stronger front springs? I know on the Bronco Everglades they use different springs due to the weight of the winch. Any help is greatly appreciated.
When driving my Ineos Grenadier at around 100 km/h and hitting a bump, it starts to wobble violently so much that it feels like the wheels might come off. It’s really dangerous, and I want to fix it. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? The car is a diesel with 41,000 km.
FYI All- I've been driving my Grenny everyday for about 22-months now, mostly suburban highway and roads driving, and recently I've been getting this Bell-sound everytime I go over a bump. The sound was becoming more frequent as time goes on, and I was afraid something must be loose under the chassis. Stopped at my local Ineos dealership, the put the car on an lift, and apparently the steering stabilizer housing got loose and was creating this sound. Quick replace and all is fixed...
Hello everyone. My Grenadier has about 200 miles. Just got it home. I am experiencing a popping sound in the front suspension when going over certain bumps or turning sometimes. Has anyone else had this issue? If so what was the problem/ fix. I will post a video. Thanks
Just brought home my Grenadier. My front end is making a popping noise when turning or going over certain bumps. I will post a video. Has anyone had this problem? If so what was the solution
Has anyone fitted Nimbus shocks to their Grenadier? If so, what have they been like?

Thread 'Which Suspension do I have? 2nd hand station wagon'
I bought a second hand Grenadier back in May and have done about 20k km in it. Most weekends have been spent in the dunes of the Middle East (when it hasn’t been too hot). Before I made any upgrades, I wanted to see how the vehicle ran “stock” but now I’ve started poking around. It seems that some upgrades were made to this vehicle before I took ownership. Some I already knew about - air-lines going to each of the four wheels for example - but others seem less overt. Take a look at...
I had Polyair Suspension Airbags fitted to the rear springs recently. The same brand airbag is fitted to my caravan. My car is an AU Spec Diesel Grenadier, a 2 seater fitted with a RED winch, aux fuel, roof rack and drawers. So the kerb weight is on the higher side, even in everyday use. Factory suspension is fitted with an Eibach lift kit (and now Poly Airbags). Installer’s suggestions were: Airbags are load assist, not load bearing; Check the airbags PSI setting monthly; Minimum 20 PSI...
These shocks were developed in Australia and are made in Germany. Does anyone have them fitted to a Grenadier? What is your feedback please. Please comment, if possible, on: on and offroad performance; towing a van. https://bilstein.com.au/blog/2024/12/16/the-new-kid-on-the-block-ineos-grenadier/ https://bilstein.com.au/shock-absorbers/?wpf_filter_make=ineos&wpf_filter_model=grenadier&wpf_fbv=1&redirect
Just picked up my 2025 1925 and I'm looking for recommendation on leveling the front end. What spacers should I use and where can I find them. thank you.
I installed the Fox non-adj stabilizer from Agile about a year or so ago. It has been fine, until I experienced 2 severe cases of death wobble this month. Both times, on the highway between 70-75mph and I hit a decent pothole/bump on the right (passenger) front. Roads were clear otherwise. The truck started violently shaking (once bad enough that the rear door open alarm triggered) and lost most of my steering. I was able to drift to the right and get off to the side. I took a peek...
25 quaretrmaster. steering limit was +/- 32 degrees when new. bottomed out the nut on the stops and installed a non adjustable fox damper. steering now goes to 36 degrees both sides although its non power after 32 degrees fox damper did make a noticable improvment in self return/ centering came from factory toed in about right (3/32 over 18 inches) IMO. i forget the angle but i have toe plates that i use to set up all my stuff steering kind of wanders on center but its not a problem for...
