I am looking at removing the stupid anti siphon flap on my fuel line, and widening the hole. I would like to remove the filler pipe to do the work, so nothing enters the fuel tank. Anyone with diagrams or experience, on how to remove the black plastic surround for the fuel filler interested in contacting me, or posting a diagram would be appreciated. Will document the process for others if interested.

I have done a little damage to my new Gren on the trail. Funny enough it was before she even hit 200 miles, and didn’t even notice till I got home. Anyway, I must have rolled over a boulder which rocked us into a tree right on the passenger side, and ended up with this bit crunch in the gutter and plastic trim. Is there any way to repair this myself (within reason, to make it at least straight again). Picture is a bad angle but it’s crunched up about 30mm at the worst point. My guess...

My friend Horst (the horse) would love to have an additional set of airline rails above the rear windows. Has anyone done that yet? As far as i know they are usually mounted with threaded rivets and a good portion of sikaflex car body glue. Where should the rivets go? Are there any drawings of this section of the body out there? How much load can i expect this rail being able to carry?

Hello, I lost or broke both end caps of the gas spring on the door. Ineos doesn't sell them, but only with the damper for around €400. Can anyone help me find these caps? I just can't find anything. I basically need a slotted cap with a mount for a 13mm ball. Unfortunately, the damper mounts are imperial, not metric. So I can't simply replace the damper end. It would also be helpful if someone could take a photo of these caps removed, so I can do an image search. Thanks

Hello. I'm planning to attach a plate as following photo to the top of my Grenadier's fender. The cover is a relatively soft rubber sheet with a 2.8mm thick steel pattern. I'm planning to attach it with 3M Scotch Double-Sided Automotive Exterior Tape. Is it okay if I want to take it off?

Anyone have any ideas why my rear license plate frame holder won’t tighten all the way down? Screws are both full tight. It feels like the bolts have bottomed out but the head still has some space between it and the bottom of the plate holder. Bolts are T-25, 25mm long. FYI Dr. ColorChip has a few Grenadier colors available, so far: Inky Black Magic Mushroom Scottish White Sela Green I've used them for quite a while with good results. If you need a color that's not listed call them, I just did for Magic Mushroom and they had it added to the site in 5 minutes.

Hello together, the more I do some work on my Fieldmaster I think about, if the engineers at Grenadier did certain things on purpose or not! Probably they want to leave opportunities for the owner to make some improvments. I’m not sure if any other owners have experienced this but the 18mm locking plugs next to the windshield wipers keep falling out. Not so locking after all. I replaced them with 7/8” plugs from of all places ACE Hardware (USA). The new plugs won’t pop out, won’t be lost, won’t frustrate me. I did have to bore an ever so slightly bigger hole. Does anyone know where to source some exterior bolts for the non-utility belt strips on the rear exterior strips (wouldn’t mind replacing the bump strip bolts too - just to get ahead of it)…Im sure I could contact my dealer, just wasn’t sure if there was somewhere online that people use?

Anyone know precisely what the specs on the rear spare tyre storage box mounting screws may be? Having trouble finding something that fits as I stripped one of the three and need a replacement. I believe its m8 flanged head torx screw with a dog point, about 20mm long and with a 1.0 or 1.25mm thread pitch but hard to find this critter on the intertubes. Appreciate any thoughts.

I just had the new XPEL TPU WINDSHIELD FILM installed on my Grenadier Windshield at Eurocars Detailing in Phoenix. Has anyone had issues releasing the hood. Haven’t released mine since pickup up the wagon 2 weeks ago. I pull the handle twice but it feels like only the left side latch is releasing. Is there a second latch that releases on the second pull? Any troubleshooting tricks?

Hey everyone. I just got my hands on a pair of the side protection bars (I'll refer to them as the bars) that mount onto the bull bar and the rock sliders. To be clear I have already installed the bull bar and rock sliders... no problems. I have a couple of questions I'm hoping someone can help with.
