Workshop Manuals available?

I sent an email over holiday and had access within 2 weeks.

I replied got same response as before case ID and canned message saying they are working to get too it.

The message I received asked for a copy of my registration.

Yep, I spoke with UK customer service yesterday, asking about my application I submitted last year (early December) for access (via their email), and was asked to email them a copy of my registration. I did that last night. Not long after sen through the email I received the automated reply, letting me know my email had been received and assigning a case number. Then today I just received an email thanking me for my registration and letting me know that I "have been placed in the eligible customers list", and that I would receive my log on details soon.
Don't think it will take too long from here.

3 weeks, still waiting for the final login

I've had access for a couple of weeks but have only been able to open a page or two. Most of the time I'm just getting very low data rates and the spinning worm and then nothing more.



Don't know if it's our connection, lack of ram, or what.

I received access 2 days ago; it loads , but slowly as others have noted.

Does someone know if workshop manuals are available, yet and if they are sold to the public?

Yes, most dealers do have access to official workshop manuals, and many of them can be purchased by the public, either as a hard copy or a PDF. Availability depends on the car make and model: some newer vehicles only offer digital manuals through a subscription, while older models often have one-off manuals for sale.
