Wires under back seat

I am planning out an install for a lithium house battery under my backseat and I noticed several white capped wires attached to a wire harness (see pictures). Does anyone know what these are for?

They look like they are the 40a spare supply for air compressor/dust gun controlled by fuse no Fl13

Would you please confirm what the fuse marking is. I thought the MY24 NA vehicles don't have the compressor circuit. It would be good to confirm this.
