The utility strips can surly be exchanged later. The ones in the boot probably as well.

My thought was yes to utility strips, no to compass... who knows though.

I think the question has to be seen in the context of what level of intervention are you willing to allow/put up with & what the parts will cost via aftersales?

Safari windows obviously sits at one end of that scale - it's doable but not a small job; note people will be happy to cut the whole roof off to fit one of Alucab options.

Diff locks, subject to some hard facts, could be just the same as swapping out a damaged diff - half a day in the workshop.

High load wiring - headlining out is probably more fiddly than technical.

Strips - one hour per side max, same for the interior

Compass - pop the blank out, locate the pre-wired plug, plug in, pop compass in - 5 mins. Maybe some software coding?
