What did you do with your Grenadier today?

It's probably been asked already, but is there provision for oil changes on the custom off-road set?
I had ARB underbody protection on my DMax and it was a PITA to do maintenance so I ran some holes into it for the component drain plugs. A fumoto oil drain valve in place of the engine sump plug was also a good investment.

Oil yes , diffs and TC no.
You could cut your own holes.
I have a drain valve on the tank of my old 911. Always ziptie the lever to prevent a rock or some malevolent numpty opening it!

There is a decent size access hole for the sump plug. These plates are excellent, nice and solid and no bigger than they need to be. Also fairly priced, no Grenadier tax applied.

Codename Dave had some great ideas. I wish he'd speak up and share. He's a FIFO worker so is time poor when he's at home.

A short dummy bolt and some anti-sieze would keep that boss ready for use.

They’d be handy for mounting work lights that you didn’t want fixed all the time. Just find a suitable mount and thread them in when you headed away

Thanks. Almost got the Eldoret Blue but it wasn't equipped how I wanted it on the lot, beautiful truck you have. I love that color, but do enjoy how little dirt the MM show.

Received the 36" bars from DropRacks (they are supplied with 33" or so in the box). Very pleased and looking forward to solo paddlesports once again!

The sunroof channel accumulates grunge , which might be salty.
Hence the roof gets the Full Monty!

Met up with a friend. Chatting cars and touring accessories. Will be adding a second shelf in the rear of mine for front runner cub boxes. And hoping to make a custom hard slide out awning for the rear of mine. Ideally with solar panels.
The other beauty is an FJ40 body on 80 series cruiser chassis with a 1VD-FTV sitting on 35's.

Gave myself an extra 8.5 litres, or maybe 60km of range, with a relatively unobtrusive looking external fuel tank...looks like it was made for a 17" rim.

Thats great @Revelstoke, I've ben thinking the same. Did you buy that off the shelf or put the kit together?

I put it together with the 'Spare Tire Mounting Kit' from GP Factor and the fuel container from Overlandland Fuel from the Netherlands. The GP factor mount is quite a nice piece of kit.

I love a bit of splicing and have made my own soft shackles. Mastering the button knot for those took a few goes though.
