Wanted... A nice drinks table for the side

I have a nice 270 side awning. I like to sit in my camp chair in the evening sipping on a libation of my choice.

I would love a little side table that is easily removable (or foldable) that holds 2 - 3 glasses and 2-3 bottles.
Ideally with a lip so things don't slide off the edge.

I would hang this on the rear passenger door. Not much weight needed, let's say 15-20lbs at most.

Bonus points of the table can be adjusted down and up so it's either suitable for standing as a bar table or sitting as a coffee table.

Any ideas?

I think I would like a lip around the edge of the table to prevent cups from falling off if accidentally hitting them. I also really would love for the table to be adjustable in height.

DYI is looking even better. I use the fender plate for tea and drinks or the rear door picnic table.
