Americas US Website configurator locked for May 31 Pre-Order Launch

The US website https://ineosgrenadier.com/en/us/ has locked reservation holders out of the configurator in preparation for the May 31 Pre-Order launch. We will learn the dealer locations and contacts, and presumably be able to reconfigure, finalize and pre-order our machines. I confirmed with a "chat agent" that the pre-order deposits will be fully refundable. I don't know what I am going to do without my hourly IG reconfiguration over the next five days!

Thanks Krabby, the "Chat Agent" led me to belive otherwise. That's a little dissappointing.
