Just received not 1 but 2 ULEZ charges. The Gren is exempt just in case anyone faces the same issue in the future. They really are buggers

I would write back saying that I am not willing to submit documents to prove it wasn't chargeable, and that I would take legal action if they continue to harass me.

Just appealed them on their website. They don't have the option of "my vehicle is in fact exempt (morons)" TFL are the worst. Had a bus go into me years back, they kept denying it despite video and photo evidence.

Trust should be pretty clear then. Just send them to their own website. What a pain

Are they having a laugh? On my appeal I sent them screenshots from both ULEZ & TFL website ulez checker.

They want me to get a letter from the INEOS with evidence of emissions, and within 14 days?!

I'm abroad atm and really feel like telling them where to go & to take me to court if they can't be arsed to do the checks themselves.
