Trip to Cornwall - Any advice or interesting links to plan the trip?

I use Compass in Bridgewater, great service and not a bad drive.
I meant Bridgewater, good to know they are a decent outfit
Always a nice drive down there, when tourists are at the beach or gone home

Alex and Tom are easy to work with and they are really tractor focused so their customers are working vehicles, no messing. Always willing to have time for their customers

Pat, I'm not sure how you are with english beer, however, there is a small place in Helston called the Blue Anchour, it sells a beer it produces called Spingo, quite strong and quite an old pub.

A good walk is follow the coastal path west side of the Lizard along the cliffs and loe Bar to Porthleven, there go to the Ship Inn, a very old pub.
Just checked both Blue Anchor and Ship Inn pub, yes places to go. Last time I went to a pub was last November - obviously at the Grenadier Pub :)

Don’t ignore the Rame Peninsular, first on the left after leaving Plymouth. Also, Looe (we have a holiday place there) is a must visit. So too Polperro just along the coast - good walk!
Ian, that's stunning. Why is it so beautiful there? And why these Spanish names? Polperro, Lansallos, Barcelona?

Cornish is a celtic language formed the old people, Welsh and Breton. Barcelona was named after the lords sons.

Cornwall has St Micheals Mount, France Mont St Michael..

Sorry Pat, one small piece of advice if I may, you see we have a drink here called cider or in Cornwall, Cyder, now our local one is called Rattler, please try it but be caeful as its only apple juice, however it has a small amount of alcohol and if one drinks pints of rattler it is very easy to become confused, so I suggest if you are going to try it, no car.....
