Transfer Case Grinding on High/Lo Change

Hi

Anyone experienced issues when going from High to Low or Low to High and the gears making a grinding noise (quiet not loud)

Is it just a adjustment in the control, also the lock on the lever is very hard to move

Locking the centre works fine - except for that lock

I’ve tried another one and its perfectly fine and smooth (they lent me a loaner)

Dealer is looking at it - but anyone have any information to help

I found like many others that the actuator cable had become unclipped on the underside. Securing it correctly made it smoother.
