When will we have access to the 'before launch' "promised" maintenance and technical manuals?
Some of us are already owners since more than two years, and no access at all!

In the bottom of the email they sent out, they said you, specifically, would be last. You must have pissed off LC.

I received the email yesterday- here’s what gets me - it says access was free for 12 months from the date of the email. Since when was there any discussion of charging us for access?! They promised it long ago - and I don’t recall anyone ever saying anything about having to pay.

I received my e-mail today.
When I ordered my car, they never spoke about a subscription for the manual. We would have access! No conditions mentioned. It was as if this was included in the price.
It is only in the last year that there were rumors about a subscription model.
They are way too late with their access to the manual. Not that I am not happy. But it would have saved me a lot of time the last two years.

Absolutely. I remember back in the day - long before people owned pre-recorded stuff on VHS - being so excited when WW came on (like once a year). One of my childhood (and still) favorite movies.
