Europe Simplify the diff lock system

Question to Lynn: can you please make the "engaging the diff locks" process simpler? The nanny system is enoying. At least make it an option.

Ideal scenario: push the button, the diffs lock, push it again, they unlock. It is not rocket science 😀.
Agree - should be the same as all other vehicles, why try to invent the wheel to make it worse.

This is what the new SW for MY24 and newer does (see my question in this thread). So far I have no confirmation that the early adopters (MY23, SN below 1000 like myself) that were strong advocates of the brand in the first place are not left behind.
 
I can live with the system as it is but do think it odd. Given the choice I'd rather have the following options:

a) Rear locker availability in High Range/CDL.

b) Use of front locker only in Low Range/CDL.

The first option I like in snowy on-road conditions. I don't know when I'd need the second but I know it's often required in some scenarios.
