Am I the only one who is slowly but surly getting tired of waiting?
I have to admit that from time to time I think whether I should just quit my order.
Do I need a psychologist?

Don't worry about it. Like many others, I have been waiting for the Grenadier since 2017. Then it doesn't matter if it takes a few more months.
Don't you have enough to do? I could give you enough work to distract you. Besides my work, I'm in the process of configuring and ordering another car. That way, the time passes quickly. And soon it will be Christmas! 🎅

It is frustrating that's for sure. But i suppose this isn't any normal vehicle order, its the first vehicle from a new manufacturer.

Just keep thinking how awesome it will be rolling around in your fresh, new car smelling Grenadier

I am with you bemax, I have gone from being excited about my order to should I cancel it and just keep what I have or order the new Ford Ranger….and back again several times.

I am currently in a period of lack of interest at the minute, due to no news etc.

I think it’s just human nature, even a dog loses interest in a new bone if their owner refuses to give it to them.

I must admit that I am gradually losing interest:
- first all these issues with configuration and ordering,
- then a deadline for changing the configuration without showing my changes (still not),
- never any call from a dealer (he did not know nothing),
- very slow if any responses from customer service (but friendly),
- a build delay renewed every month now to December (was September)
- and finally this month no dealer (and service) in my region at all.
- Where shall the car being serviced (next dealer 250km away).
- What about the aftersales service, parts, repairs, equipment?

No proactive reactions from Ineos, you always had to push them. They had month and years to establish a working communication platform with there customers, but failed. Only bright spot this forum, where I get information and find fellow sufferer. Without this I would have canceled my order, I think, because of lost faith in this company Ineos.

You all are not crazy; perfectly normal response to the situation. Have to say, this is exactly the same thing over in the Ford Bronco forums (theBroncoNation.com and Bronco6g.com). Both of those forums are filled with upset people who ordered their cars long ago (sometimes 600-700 days ago), waited and hoped, and are now going thru not one but two manufacturing year order transitions. And all that from a car company that has been manufacturing cars since 1903!

blueTdi,
keep calm. INEOS will set up a new sales partner in Berlin after all.
Besides, you can have the Grenadier serviced in Biesenthal or Wildau.

They have to. After all, it's the German capital.

And we all should concede, that we are living in busted times. A company which manages to put out a complex product like a car in time would be an exception. Some aren't even able to deliver toilet paper.

I am hearing you. I am starting to get serious doubts. I have sent 3 email to ineos. No response. Also they stated they wanted feedback so I travelled 2 hours to see the B2 prototype and the the people there didn't want to know. The Configurator works some times and often not. I had to nominate a dealer when I ordered but no contact. I would have thought they would be in contact. I see no plan for the test drives promised. If this is an example of the customer service when I am broken down in the middle of the Australian Centre then I will have serious problems. BTW a million miles testing across who knows how many cars is not a lot. I suspect I will ask for my money back if there is no action soon.

If you expect too much, you will always be disappointed. Cancelling your order may well be a greater disappointment. Please cancel your orders and leave the IG to the greater believers, it will shorten the queue. The moaning belittles you.

My wife's Volvo, ordered (deposit paid) 11.5 months ago, is arriving in 2-3 weeks.
The price went up $7000. Communication was no better than Ineos.
As a grown up , I'm patient - and tolerant.
